An Asset for Haarlem

The Panopticon Foundation was founded to make the area around the Cupola of Haarlem flourish, with University College Haarlem as its main function. With a rich blend of features, the area offers new opportunities for all inhabitants of Haarlem and the surrounding region. In this way Panopticon wants to add long term value to the city of Haarlem. The next few months, plans will be fine-tuned, presented to the people of Haarlem and enriched with their ideas and suggestions.
